What data we collect
We collect personal data you provide when you place an order or contact us (name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number), payment-related data processed by our payment providers (we never store full card details), and technical data collected automatically when you browse the site (IP address, browser type, pages visited) via our statistics tools.
Why we process it
We process your data to fulfil orders and provide our services (contract performance), to answer enquiries (legitimate interest / pre-contractual measures), to comply with legal obligations (tax and accounting), and, with your consent, to send commercial communications. We do not sell your personal data.
Who we share it with
Your data may be shared with service providers strictly necessary to operate this shop: our hosting provider, payment processors, and shipping couriers. All providers process data under agreements compliant with the GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679). Data is not transferred outside the EEA except where the provider guarantees an adequate level of protection.
How long we keep it
Order data is kept for the period required by tax law (10 years in Italy). Enquiry data is kept for the time necessary to handle the request. Statistics data is retained in anonymised or pseudonymised form.
Your rights
Under Articles 15–22 GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your data, and the right to data portability. To exercise your rights, write to support@alphabuilds.eu. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian supervisory authority (Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali, www.garanteprivacy.it).
