2. Scope
These terms govern all sales concluded through alphabuilds.eu between AlphaBuilds and consumers. By placing an order you accept these terms. Nothing in these terms limits the mandatory rights granted to consumers by EU and Italian law (Italian Consumer Code, Legislative Decree 206/2005).
3. Products and orders
We sell custom-assembled computers configured by the customer through our configurator, and pre-configured builds. All components are new unless expressly stated otherwise. After you place an order you will receive a confirmation email. The contract is concluded when we confirm acceptance of the order. In case of unavailability of a component we will contact you to propose an equivalent alternative or a refund.
4. Prices and payment
All prices are expressed in euro (€). The total price, including any shipping costs, is shown before you confirm the order. Payment is processed through secure third-party payment providers; we never store your full card details. No surcharge is applied for any payment method.
5. Delivery
We ship within Italy and to EU countries. Assembly and testing of a custom build normally require the time indicated at checkout. Delivery times are indicative; if delivery is delayed by more than 30 days you may cancel the order and receive a full refund.
6. Right of withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason, as described in our Shipping & Returns page. Please note that under Article 59 of the Italian Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal may not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised (e.g. a PC assembled to your custom configuration); see the Returns page for details.
7. Warranty
All products are covered by the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity provided by the Italian Consumer Code. See our Warranty page.
8. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Italian law. For any dispute, the competent court is that of the consumer’s place of residence, where mandated by law. The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
