2-year legal guarantee
All our products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity provided by the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005) and EU Directive 2019/771: for 24 months from delivery, you are protected against defects of conformity existing at the time of delivery. Any defect appearing within 12 months of delivery is presumed to have existed at delivery.
What we do if something is wrong
If your PC presents a conformity defect, contact us at support@alphabuilds.eu describing the problem. You are entitled to have the product repaired or replaced free of charge. Because we assemble every machine ourselves, most issues can be diagnosed remotely and resolved quickly — often by replacing the single faulty component rather than the whole system. If repair or replacement is impossible or disproportionate, you are entitled to a price reduction or termination of the contract.
Manufacturer warranties
Individual components (GPU, CPU, motherboard, PSU, etc.) also carry their manufacturers’ own warranties, which in some cases exceed 24 months. Where convenient for you, we will assist you in activating the manufacturer’s warranty directly.
What is not covered
The guarantee does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, unauthorised modification, overclocking beyond specification, or normal wear. Software issues not attributable to a hardware defect are not covered but we are happy to help where we can.
