Shipping
We ship from Rome, Italy, to all of Italy and EU countries. Every PC is assembled, stress-tested and carefully packed before dispatch. Assembly and testing times plus courier delivery times are indicated at checkout. You will receive tracking information when your order ships.
Right of withdrawal (14 days)
If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, notify us within that period by email at support@alphabuilds.eu, stating your order number. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods. We will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of their return, using the same payment method you used.
Exception for personalised builds
Under Article 59(c) of the Italian Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised. A PC assembled according to your custom configuration falls within this category. We nevertheless evaluate return requests for custom builds case by case — contact us and we will do our best to find a fair solution. Pre-configured builds sold as standard products are not affected by this exception and enjoy the full 14-day right of withdrawal.
Return conditions
Returned goods must be complete, undamaged and in their original packaging, with all accessories. You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods and for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and functioning of the goods. Defective products are handled under warranty — see our Warranty page — and return shipping for defective items is at our expense.
